You sound like you are in shock. I'm so deeply sorry for your loss. Do you have any friends, family, or church friends who can walk through this with you? You need to be cared for during this traumatic time in your life. And it's OK to care for yourself in ways that bring calm, peace, and healing. Listening to soothing music, taking a walk in the early morning hours, praying to Jesus, and making sure you eat something healthy. Can you visit a family member for awhile, or have someone come to visit you for a comforting stay? Though you feel alone, the Spirit of Jesus is living inside you, and He will never leave you. He is your constant companion, He is full of compassion for you, and He is watching out for you. There are many grief support groups at different churches. Perhaps going to one would help you walk through this journey together with others feeling the same things. My prayers are with you, Chef Piney May God give you strength to carry on. Fill up your mind with positive verses from the Word of God. You can download the Bible app, and search on Love. The Lord's love is eternal, and it never fails. God desires a close, strong relationship with you. Reach out to Him. Pray, journal, try getting your thoughts out of your head. Read verses on love and grace and mercy. Keep in mind that alcohol is a depressant, and it also messes with sleep cycles. You might try Tylenol PM, or ask your Dr. for help. You might need an antidepressant for awhile to help you work through this. Finally, I gound a great benefit in talking to a Christian counselor. There are many good ones out there. See if a church near you can refer you to somebody. The Lord works through many kind, compassionate people in His family. My heart and prayers are with you. ❤️🙏❤️

Dear Ren, I pray for you to find the path to health and healing through the Spirit of Christ inside of you. Read the Psalms and see the way David and others dealt with grief, and how they came through the fire. God is on your side, He is there to strengthen you and encourage you. Dear Jason, my heart goes out to you in the loss of your precious wife. While you are suffering, the Lord is there to comfort you. In times when I couldn't speak to God, I found that if I wrote out my prayers, at least I could communicate with Him. I urge you to find a grief support group in your area. Are you seeing any type of counselor? Have you considered taking an antidepressant? There are many helpful things you could do. Even planting a beautiful bush of tree in her honor which you could watch grow over the years and tend to is helpful. I pray that God will lead you to find a healthy way to process all the grief which is surrounding you. It is possible to heal, eventually. God is our Hope. He's our Help. He will come to your aid. Please be open to getting some help from others if you are not already doing so. God bless you, Patty

May God touch your spirit in a way you don't expect, and may He bring you comfort and understanding. Keep seeking His face. Know that God understands more than anyone. But, he also put other Christians in our lives to help us. Reach out to someone that may be able to help you, whether a pastor, counselor, prayer partner, or God Himself through prayer, study, and meditation. The Lord is a healer, and a redeemer. He brings us up out of the ashes, and gives us new purpose and peace. I pray that you will grow stronger, and heal through Jesus Christ. Amen.

Dear Jean, There is a time for sadness and a time for joy. I pray that while you are walking through your period of sadness, you will recognize that God is very close to you. He desires to help you. Keep your eyes and ears open to His promptings. God lets us suffer, just as he allowed Christ to suffer on the cross. While I hate it, suffering has a way of refining us to become better people in the long run, if we let it produce good in us. Please be patient. When I was at my worst in grief, I found that doing something for someone else was one of the most healing things I could do. I pray that God helps you find your path to healing. Dear Pearly, I pray for God to heal you and bring you peace and comfort. Sometimes, I think God wants us to work through our grief and learn from it, so I don't think He always just takes the pain away. I believe He uses pain for a purpose, and I pray that we can all learn from our experiences to become even more like Christ. Jesus was "a man of sorrows and familiar with suffering." Please seek help and comfort from your local church, and Christian friends. I hope you have at least one person you can depend on to offer you compassion and support, especially with your children. I'm praying for you to be your own best advocate. Take care of yourself in a compassionate, forgiving way. God desires you to be healthy, whole, and to know Him. God is love. Are you a Christian? Do you have an understanding of God's tremendous love for you? I pray that you would find a good Christian counselor. Perhaps even get some medicine from a Dr. I believe God wants you to be happy and healthy.

Jesus can so relate to betrayal by men he spent three years pouring His heart into. And the betrayal led to His death. He is so compassionate toward you. ❤️💔😍 I hope you get some counseling. It can help you understand how you may be contributing to some of this. Set your standards high. Learn to have boundaries. Be godly in all your relationships and God will bless you. 🙏💕🙏

Dear Lulu, I had to learn that I had to set boundaries in my life that weren't to be crossed. And when they were, it was up to me to leave. He was never going to leave because we were married. But if I stayed, he would have killed me. He came very close. I was in denial until I had to wrestle against him with his loaded gun. It was then that I knew it was up to me to get out. God protected me and led me to safety. But I was in so much denial up to that point. Sounds like you may have reached your breaking point. I'm checking in with you to see how you are doing since you wrote this comment. I want to urge you to not let bitterness and unforgiveness take hold of you. If your closest relationships are not faithful, I pray that you will step out and develop new, healthy relationships that are faithfully loving, and will stay close and encouraging. Some of us grew up in unhealthy families. If that was you, please seek a good family counselor who is Bible based. Keep your heart open to learn. Read books on healthy relationships, and try to implement those qualities in your own relationships. God can teach you many things in His word. Hold onto your hope in God.

Stefano, I want to make a suggestion. Why not come home, get your life in a good place, get married to someone who could be a suitable helpmate, and then go back to the mission field? Perhaps it is time for a major change. Jesus went away from the crowds and recharged with his Father. He also spent time alone with only his 12 disciples. It is not selfish to do what you need to do to end a destructive pattern, and start over in a place where you have the support you need. God may be hoping you wake up and make a change. Just one person's opinion. Pray for wisdom. I will also pray for God to lead you.

My heart goes out to you, as you deal with this sudden shocking news. It is never easy to go throw the a breakup. But try to find something to be grateful for. Perhaps that you don't share children, makes ng the situation even more difficult. If she needs space, please honor her wishes. Perhaps she will come back to you. Perhaps not.
